For requests for registration codes to be resent, please be sure to check your spam box in the PayPal address mailbox that you use. We only mail the registration codes to the email address used for PayPal. If you have multiple email accounts, please check that you are looking in the correct inbox. Also, add us to your whitelist and mark our emails as "not spam" to make sure you get further emails with the registration code. If you don't locate your registration code, use the form below and we will reply ASAP during normal business hours, Eastern time. For support, please use the support link on the left.
