Getting your download files

Go to "my account" login or create an account, follow the instructions and confirm the emails. Then login and click "register product" enter the registration number in the boxes for "register product". The registration code is in the following format:

Support is not available until August 2008. Please don't purchase. If you do, you won't get a refund until I get back. A 3% fee will be removed by PayPal, so please read this notice. You will get the refund minus the fees, but save yourself the trouble and don't purchase support.

All of our templates come with detailed installation instructions. Please read them carefully and observe the screen/environment and all the menu options inside the installation screen at the respective sites (such as Cafepress, Blogger, CMS made simple, etc.). These sites offer support in the way of extensive faq sections and some have user forums — 99.99% of the time your question has been asked and answered before. These templates require that you have at least a text editor (not Microsoft Word). NotePad for the PC and SimpleText (comes with your Mac) or BBEdit for the Mac is fine. If you have GoLive or Dreamweaver, that's great too, but not necessary. (We do not provide support on how to use DreamWeaver, GoLive, or Photoshop). Word will mess up the code significantly, don't use it. You will also need Photoshop, or an equivalent photo editor, to modify the logo (change the name and add in your own icons, etc.).

If you still need support, it is available in 1/2 hour increments at 22.00 per 1/2 hour minimum. Please purchase the amount of support you need on the right. Once we get your payment confirmation (which is sent automatically), we'll contact you within 24 business hours or less. If your requirements exceed the amount of support you will need, we will send a PayPal request before we begin. If you are under the alloted time, but over the 1/2 min., then you will be refunded the pro-rated difference, minus the 3% transaction fee we incur.
